Initial consultation

The physical examination will consist of two parts:

I will use the information from the interview and the physical examination to provide you with a diagnosis of your injury. I will then compile a detailed treatment plan specific to your needs.

You will practice all the self-treatment techniques and exercises with you to ensure that you are doing them correctly. You will also receive a written report summarising the examination findings and treatment plan as well as pictures/videos of the exercises included in your treatment plan.

I may feel that you require further investigation of your condition. If this is the case I will advise.

The treatment plan will include everything that you should do for the next few weeks. It is up to you whether you continue with treatment after this, but your treatment programme will have to be adjusted as your injury heals to achieve full recovery.

No treatment programme can guarantee a full recovery, since injuries heal at different rates for different people. You can book follow-up sessions which will be used to reassess your injury and provide you with an adjusted treatment and training programme.

Who should use this plan?

Initial consultations are required for:

  • every new injury that you request treatment for;

  • every injury that you have not had an appointment for in the last 3 months.

What if my condition is not suitable for online treatment?

If it becomes apparent during the evaluation process that your condition is not suitable for online treatment, due to the severity or nature of the condition, we will provide you with a suitable course of action.

If you need hands on treatment depending on location i have therapists i can refer too.

Changing or Cancelling a booking

You can change or cancel a booking without penalty as long as you do it at least 24 hours before the booking is due to start.

You'll have to email me at or send me a message to 07770881876.

Who should use this plan?

Follow-up consultations are used to reassess your injury and progress or change your treatment plan. You should use a follow-up session if you want further treatment or advice for an injury that you have already had diagnosed through our clinic.

Injuries can vary a lot in severity and heal at very different rates. A treatment plan has to be progressed and adjusted according to how the injury responds to treatment. It is entirely up to you to decide if and how often you want to continue with treatment, I will be able to advise you on the best strategy to use.

If more than three months have passed since your last appointment, I will likely have to complete another full initial consultation. Bodies and circumstances change a lot in 3 months and we would run a risk of missing important information if we do not follow this process.
