I offer a calm, non judgmental therapy space where you can focus entirely on yourself. Many people put their own needs aside until they reach crisis point. Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, understand what's going on, and begin to make positive change. As a Ttransactional Analysis Psychotherapist I work with clients to explore how past experiences shape current thoughts, emotions and behaviours. By gaining insight into these patterns you can begin to make meaningful positive changes in the present. I regularly work with clients who don't feel comfortable expressing emotions, who tend to prioritise others needs and who struggle to set healthy boundaries. If this sounds familiar, therapy can offer the space to reconnect with yourself and find new ways of relating to others without losing who you are. I have experience of working with clients, experiencing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, overwhelm, low self esteem, trauma, bereavement, abuse, sexual orientation, gender diversity, not feeling good enough, stress or lack of boundaries.​
