Holistic Life Sports Injury and Wellness Centre was founded in 2003 by Caroline: a passionate and dedicated Sports Therapist whose personal journey shaped the heart of everything we do.

After surviving a serious car crash, Caroline faced the long and challenging road of injury rehabilitation, through that experience she discovered not only the power of recovery but her purpose. She went on to qualify as a Sports Therapist driven by a desire to help others regain their strength, mobility and confidence.

 

What began in a converted utility room at Caroline's home grew through vision, hard work and deep compassion into the thriving centre we are today.

Now featuring two treatment rooms, a fully equipped rehab gym and full disabled access, the space reflects her values and commitment to inclusive, high quality care for all.

Caroline often said if you feel something strongly enough in your gut, whether that's climbing a mountain or starting a business, go for it. That same belief continues to guide our team every day.

Though Caroline died from cancer in 2023, her spirit and philosophy continue in the care we provide, the people we work with, and the standards we uphold. We are proud to carry forward her legacy, empowering people through rehabilitation movement and wellness just as she envisioned.
