Why not feel the best ever next week by kicking it off with a great circuit class full of energy and laughs. A good way to burn some fat, feel fitter and reduce stress.
We are going to be smashing out some hiits and balancing it out with some good gentle stretching to send you on your way feeling less stressed and ready to tackle your day.
