"My name is Michelle Brookes, I am a qualified PT and nutrition coach with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. All of my life I have had a keen interest in health and feeling the best I possibly can by what I eat, do and feel.
My main area of expertise is in women's health and working to balance hormones, working in line with the cycle to get best performance and health benefits to feel as fantastic as possible.
Each programme whether exercise or nutrition is tailored specifically to the individual, there is no one size fits all in my coaching.
